How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within 30 days of your purchase, simply contact us through our Contact page with the following information:
- The email address used at checkout
- Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
- A brief note that you'd like a refund
We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
The 30-Day Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after 30 days cannot be honoured. We encourage you to follow the program as directed during this period to give it a genuine chance.
Digital Product Policy
The Hard Reset Protocol is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase. Because the guide is downloaded immediately, we ask that you give the program a fair try before requesting a refund rather than requesting one immediately after purchase.
